Returns & Replacements
We want you to love what you receive from Shisha Clothing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll happily send you a free replacement. To help us process your request quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- An unboxing video
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Since every t-shirt is specially made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases. To help you choose the perfect fit, we have provided our size chart in multiple places across the store, including product images, the size selection section, and a dedicated size guide page.
How to Request Support
You can:

Please include your order number and relevant photos/videos when reaching out.
Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Worn, used, or washed products are not eligible for replacement or refund.
